SUGGESTED USE/DOSING:
Shake well before use. If this is your first time using CBD, we suggest you start by using 1/2 dropper, then increase to a full dropper if required, but do not take more than the recommended amount.
Drop desired amount under the tongue, hold it for approx. 20 seconds before swallowing. A feeling of relief should occur in 30-60 minutes, depending on dose. Take more or less based on individual need until an effective dose is achieved, use once or twice daily.

Is hemp the same as marijuana?
Let’s clear up confusion around hemp and marijuana. Although hemp is a variety of cannabis, hemp is not marijuana. Hemp is grown to have low levels of THC (the psychoactive cannabinoid that gives the “high” which is a desirable effect from marijuana). There are several hundred cannabinoids in hemp including CBD.
