We want to share an important update with you directly. After a great deal of thought, We’ve decided to end the availability of 2Rise Naturals CBD products through herbOrder.
2Rise launched in 2016 with a simple commitment: create carefully formulated, natural CBD products that were consistent, enjoyable to use, and made with real attention to quality. Over the years, many of you made our drops, softgels, and Relief Rub part of your routines. Your trust is the part of this business we value most.
Why this is happening
Square, the payment processor used by herbOrder, notified us that it will no longer support the sale of CBD and hemp-derived products because of changing federal hemp rules. Square also informed us that our processing account will be closed in November.
The federal details are still evolving, but Square’s decision means herbOrder will no longer have the payment-processing service it has relied on for 2Rise Naturals. Rather than rush into a new system or make compromises around the experience and standards you expect from us, We have decided to bring this chapter of the store to a thoughtful close.
This is NOT a product recall, and it is NOT the result of a change in the quality of 2Rise Naturals. It is a business decision prompted by Square’s platform policy and the changing federal landscape.
What you need to know
• The final day to purchase 2Rise Naturals from herbOrder is October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Arizona time, while supplies last.
• Products will remain available only while current inventory lasts.
• Orders placed by the deadline will be fulfilled under our regular shipping terms.
• All active 2Rise subscriptions have been canceled effective immediately. No further subscription orders will be processed or shipped, and customers do not need to take any action.
• Any unused herbOrder rewards points can no longer be redeemed.
• Our usual customer-support and return policies will continue to apply to final orders.
What comes next for herbOrder
We have not made a final decision about the future of the site. The educational articles and wellness information may remain available, and the store may eventually evolve toward other natural wellness products. If that happens, we will share the next step when it is ready.
For now, our focus is on making this transition clear and taking good care of every final order.
