Suggested Use
Use 1 to 2 times daily or as needed.
2 ways to use the balm:
(Twist the bottom of the container until the desired amount rises above the top edge)
- Aerate balm by stirring/blending top layer with eco-friendly wooden spoon (included).
- Using a microwave oven, heat the desired amount of balm in a microwave safe bowl, using low heat, until it melts into a consistent oil. Test the temperature of the oil before applying. Never apply hot oil, allow oil to cool to a low-warm/room temperature.
Apply before work or workouts, or after showers to relieve muscle, joints or skin.
