Suggested Use
Shake well before use. If this is your first time using CBD, we suggest you start by using 1/2 dropper, then increase to a full dropper if required, but do not take more than the recommended amount. Drop desired amount under the tongue, hold it for approx. 20 seconds before swallowing. A feeling of relief should occur in 30-60 minutes, depending on dose. Use once or twice daily.

USRELIEF
When your a person with insomnia plus anxiety words can explain what relief this product gives. I also have a 17yr old son who has ADHD and has a tendency to loose track often, by adding this to his daily routine he has managed to stay focus for longer periods of time while working thru this distant learning challenge.

My daughter is diagnosed with ADHD. We've tried the conventional pharmaceutical options, with little to no effect. Even at the lowest dose, the medications caused her to be drowsy and lose her spunky personality.
