All orders are usually picked & packed within 1 working day, and are shipped out the following business day. All orders placed on a weekend will ship out the following Monday.

Shipping and delivery takes approximately 2-4 days, depending on shipping preference. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may not link to your package immediately, so do not be alarmed, it may take a day or more after shipping before you can track your order. If you can’t track your order 2 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us. If you order multiple items from different vendors, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. This is because ordered items may ship from different warehouses so they will be packaged and shipped individually. And please be aware that your packages may not all arrive at the exact same time.
NOTE: A “business day” is Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.
Returns + Refunds
You may be eligible for a return & refund for the following circumstances only:
- Full Refund or Credit – If you don’t receive your order within 14 days after shipment
- Full / Partial Refund or Credit – If the item is damaged upon receipt, the wrong item, or not as described
- Items must be unused, sealed and in new condition
- We must receive your return/refund request within 3 days of the receipt of the item purchased ( click here ).
- The item must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of the”return confirmation email” from Us.
- You are responsible for all shipping fees
- Items must be shipped with the original packing slip
- When returning an order where a promo/gift item was received, please include the promo/gift item with the return. If item is not included, your return/refund may not be processed.
The following circumstances are not eligible for return & refund:
- Items are as described, but you no longer want them or you want to exchange the item with another item.
- If the item seal has been broken or product has been opened.
- If the item was not purchased from herborder.com market website. If you purchased our product from a retail location or another website, please contact the reseller where it was purchased.
How to request a return & refund
If you are needing to return an item, please click here to email us, and include the following
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Order ID
- Item description and quantity
- Any issues/discrepancies with product (provide images if possible)
After submitting the email, we will contact you with a “return confirmation email” approving your return and the return mailing address you must use.
The item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt of the “return confirmation email”. If it is not postmarked within 7 days of receipt , we have the right to deny your request for a return and refund.
If refunds are granted, they will be returned to the method of payment used to purchase the items within 7 -10 days after refund request is submitted to our payment processor.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster, not cleared by customs)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control
