When will my order ship?

All orders are usually picked & packed within 1 working day, and are shipped out the following business day. All orders placed on a weekend will ship out the following Monday.

Shipping and delivery takes approximately 2-5 days, depending on shipping preference. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may not link to your package immediately, so do not be alarmed, it may take a day or more after shipping before you can track your order. If you can’t track your order 2 days after receiving the tracking number, please contact us.

If you order multiple items from different vendors, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. This is because ordered items may ship from different warehouses so they will be packaged and shipped individually. And please be aware that your packages may not all arrive at the exact same time.

If your shipment does not arrive when expected, please check the tracking history by using the tracking number provided by email after checkout. If you did not receive a tracking number, an incorrect email may have been entered during checkout.  Please contact us in this case.

If you never receive your package, please check with other members of the household to see if someone else accepted the package, and check any other locations that packages are typically left at your address.

If you still haven’t located your package, there are some actions that can be taken:

  1. Visit this link and complete the “Help Request Form” > . Please read and follow the directions stated.
  2. If the package is not located within 7 days we can proceed with submitting a “Missing mail search” and filing a claim, so please keep us updated on any responses or results.
  3. After submitting a mail search or filing a claim, we can look into processing a replacement order for you.

Though we can’t assure that packages arrive after they’re shipped, we do understand and apologize for the inconvenience.

After submitting the email, we will contact you with a “return confirmation email” approving your return and the return mailing address you must use.

The item must be postmarked for return within 7 days of receipt of the “return confirmation email”. If it is not postmarked within 7 days of receipt , we have the right to deny your request for a return and refund.

If refunds are granted, they will be returned to the method of payment used to purchase the items within 7 -10 days after refund request is submitted to our payment processor.

Refunds, Replacements or Credits are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster, not cleared by customs)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside of our control.
